Chili pepper jelly - ideal for cheeses 100 g

One of our favorite recipes is a pot that is never missing on our table!  Preparation made from apple juice and hot peppers, a colorful and tasty jelly that will accompany and decorate your dishes.     How to use chili jelly?     Ethnic cuisine: we love it with the typical cuisine of overseas territories, we prepare little accras that we dip directly in the pot.  Cheeses: It is an excellent ally of cheese, as an aperitif serve a good tome or parmesan sticks accompanied by this jelly and everyone will be delighted!  To glaze your meats: this jelly is used on pork ribs, duck breast, etc. For your barbecues: add a few spoons of jelly to your marinades I love dipping my homemade treats in there!!
