Petritegi Monovarietal Cider SUHAR

Suhar is passionate and defines this single-varietal Goikoetxe apple, enduring and sensual. -INGREDIENTS: 100% native apples of the Goikoetxe variety collected in October in a selected plot of the Agote-Txiki hamlet (Askizu, Getaria), assigned to the Euskal Sagardoa - Cider of the Basque Country Denomination of Origin. -CHARACTERISTICS: Goikoetxe is a small reddish apple with a pronounced flavor.  We wanted to capture in this cider its essence and our passion for making a product as special and unique as Suhar. -TASTING NOTES: View.  Pale yellow with intense red tones.
 Smell.  Aromatic complexity and intensity: Citrus fruits arrive first and then stone fruits.
 Taste.  Perfect balance between acidity and bitterness.  Roundness, intensity and a persistent taste over time. -SERVICE: Serve at a temperature between 10oC and 13oC.  Shake lightly before opening and pour into glass. -ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Alcoholic volume: 6% vol.
 Does not contain gluten.  Suitable for vegan diet.
