Premium natural cider with Euskal Sagardoa Designation of Origin made 100% with apples grown in the Basque Country and selected by the Otaño family. -ELABORATION: We make this natural cider following traditional methods: growing apple trees and harvesting the harvest; selection, washing, crushing and pressing of the fruits in the farmhouse winepresses; fermentation of the musts and racking in the family winery; bottling of cider. -APPLES: Only the best fruits of our 6 favorite native varieties have been carefully selected, coming from 5 plots selected by our winemaker and collected at their optimal point of maturity. The work we do with its lees gives it that unique and unmistakable character. -CATA'S NOTES: View. Intense yellow color and very fine txinparta. Smell. Great aromatic power. Taste. Very balanced flavor, body and smoothness. -CONSERVATION AND SERVICE: The bottles should be stored horizontally in a cool, dark place free of foreign odors.
