Artisan juice made by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family in the Petritegi farmhouse in Astigarraga with 100% apples from organic farming. -ELABORATION: Our family makes this natural juice following traditional methods: organic cultivation of cider apple trees and harvesting; selection, washing, crushing and pressing of the fruits in the farmhouse winepresses; pasteurization of the must and bottling in the cider house facilities. -APPLES: Some of the best native cider apple varieties from organically farmed apple orchards have been selected. -CATA'S NOTES: View. Amber yellow color with golden reflections, slight turbidity typical of natural apple juice. Smell. Intense aromas of roasted apple or apple compote. Taste. Balance between light acidity and a subtle sweetness, intense flavor of fresh cider apple. -CONSERVATION AND SERVICE: The bottles should be stored horizontally in a cool, dark place free of foreign odors. Once the bottle is opened, keep it in the refrigerator and consume it within four or five days. Shake before serving. Serve at a temperature close to 10ºC. Does not contain alcohol.
