Our Fig Date 'Special Reserve' Aged Balsamic Vinegar is perfect for bread-dipping, drizzling on salads (especially goat's cheese), anything gamey, steak, halloumi or even desserts. It works beautifully with rich meats like venison, lamb, goose duck too - just a few drops over meat as you serve with add huge flavour.
