Salmon rub (mild)

Our NEW RECIPE Salmon Rub is a highly aromatic blend has sweet paprika, orange zest goji berries to really liven up any salmon dish without overpowering the flavour of the food. With NO SUGAR, it's beautifully mild goes perfectly with salmon (obviously!) as well as pork, chicken, halloumi or tofu. Use as a dry rub or wet marinade for chicken, pork or fish, or add a pinch to roasting veg, sweet potato wedges or veggie chilli too. You can even stir a pinch into mashed potatoes or smashed veg for a lift.
