Perch rillettes Meunière style

A Lac & Terre de Perche Rillettes cooked in the vineyard! These Rillettes are cooked according to a recipe from the shores of Lake Geneva from fillets of Perch, lemon, cream and butter from Bresse AOP and white Swiss wine. The selected Perch fillets come from artisanal and responsible fishing.
