Toning and softening the skin of man's face after shaving, use 4 drops of oil 31 massaging gently for about a minute. About nasal respiratory obstruction, 31 oil is great for making inhalation aerosol or simply to be pour, up to 10 drops per liter of water, in a basin of boiling water covering well your head with a towel. In case of tired feet, use 5-6 drops of oil 31 to make a foot bath, and then massage them with a couple of drops of product.
