Tomato-saffron chutney

Spicy condiment: perfect accompaniment for pasta, rice, semolina, fish, scallops, calamari, cold or hot grilled meats and chickens, cheeses. It is advisable to heat the pot in a double boiler to serve it on a pasta dish.
