Our flakes are from a unique variety of oats developed by field technicians specifically to achieve a high quality flake. We manufacture oat flakes using a double heat treatment that ensures enzyme inactivation, prevents the product from becoming rancid and keeps its organoleptic qualities intact. In addition, this double heat treatment generates a special toasting in the flake that allows us to differentiate ourselves in the flavor and texture of the flakes.
