Local en Bocal is a young organic artisanal cannery committed to the fight against food waste. Using local (150 km from the workshop) and second-choice fruits and vegetables, the company produces a wide range of soups, spreads, and compotes for its own brand “a side”, sold in specialized organic stores mainly on the South-East of France, as well as for other brands, and the canteens of Provence.      She is launching her new range: Babies next door by offering an organic sweet potato puree dedicated to awakening the baby's senses. A small pot prepared just like at home with organic and local sweet potatoes to go on an adventure of food diversification.
