A mixture of cereal flakes (spelt) and legumes (soya) not only concocted in France but also 100% from organic and French agriculture. Proteins from our ORGANIC soy, therefore GMO-free, and a mixture of cereals and protein crops which, in synergy, constitute a protein with superior bioavailability. Oats, spelled and soy provide the fiber that is essential for the proper functioning of your digestive system. The puffed rice and the chocolate crunchies bring a crispy and gourmet touch. Finally, for the taste, rather than adding chemical aromas, it seemed much more logical to us to only add a good dose of vanilla chocolate chips (organic, without refined sugar and without additives).
