Jade Imperial is a limited edition made with Picual olives from the highest elevations of our estate, harvested during the early days of the harvest, giving it that Picual green hue characteristic of our Jaén region. Its production process is carried out with the utmost care, ensuring the optimal properties of the oil are obtained. \n \nIts aroma reminds us of the fragrance of the centuries-old olive groves on the slopes of the Sierra Morena, bathed by the Guadalquivir basin. Fresh grass and tomato plants dominate that sensation. \n \nBeing our finest jewel and acquiring a hue similar to Jade stone. This nomenclature dates back to the time of the Spanish conquistadors in the Americas. \n More than any other gemstone, Jade is revered at the heart of Asian culture.
