Our Picual is harvested from our olive grove in mid-October, just before the olives ripen, offering an intense green color with a high level of chlorophyll, giving them great vitality. \n \nOn the nose, we quickly perceive a very young fruitiness of green grass, banana, tomato, and green apple. When you put it in your mouth, it still maintains its herbaceous nuances.
