Giusti - Sweet and Sour Dressing of Apples - Champagnotta 250ml

The Bittersweet Apple dressing is obtained by mixing fresh apple juice with naturally acetified apple cider and a portion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Igp. The resulting blend is then aged in French oak barriques. The result is an apple vinegar characterized by a light acidity and a pleasant bouquet of fruity and vanilla notes.
