Inside it contains our prized Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI with very high density. Obtained according to the ancient method of our tradition, only from selected grape musts, cooked over direct heat and then mixed with the best well-matured wine vinegar. The consistency is syrupy, the color dark and shiny, and the flavor pleasantly sweet and sour, pleasantly aromatic. It has excellent balance and good structure.
