The most precious and regal selection: the Trittico contains three different agings of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Reggio Emilia: Gold Seal, Silver Seal and Aragosta Seal. The Bollino Oro is presented as an elixir to be savored by the teaspoon at the end of a meal. The Silver Seal is suitable for raw use, excellent for cooking. If you prefer it for risotto first courses, its weapons are its aroma and density. The Aragosta Label is more aromatic and younger. ANDsuitable for preparing at the end of cooking or mixed with asparagus, chicken breast and red meat condiments.
