The ADM design resin sculpture lamps are the result of research into the creation of objects suitable for decorating contemporary and trendy environments with taste, colour and imagination. Most of these are made of resin, a material now very popular for the production of furniture products. The process of making a resin sculpture is entirely handcrafted. Our designers' ideas are put on paper through sketches, following which skilled sculptors hand-shape a clay model also called a "soul" which is used for the construction of rubber molds. The resin is added to a hardening liquid and manually poured into molds. Once the resin has hardened, the molds are opened and the rough sculptures are extracted. Before they can be decorated, they must be cleaned of burrs or processing residues, repaired, smoothed and washed manually. When the surface of the piece is perfect, a thick paint called "primer" is sprayed on, which acts as a base for the final decoration, which will be different depending on whether you want to obtain a matt, glossy, metallic or other effect. If the sculpture cannot support itself, it is mounted on a marble support to make it stable, or hung on the wall. Then the sculpture is paired with an electrical circuit that transforms it into a lamp. The item is shipped in suitable packaging which will include a certificate of guarantee of craftsmanship.
