Our local oil mill in Brittany in the Morbihan, combines the traditional pressing of seeds and the know-how of a small team passionate about quality and the search for the most beautiful flavors. Our carefully selected seeds come only from French organic farming. We preferably source our supplies from farmers in our Brittany region and build short supply chains with them, based on balanced and responsible relationships. This organic oil is extracted from seeds mechanically pressed once, cold and without the use of chemicals. This is the guarantee of preserved nutritional and taste values. Seed freshness, cold pressing and slow trituration on a small 200 kg/h press, production in small batches, packaging under nitrogen to prevent oxidation: everything is done to guarantee optimal quality of our oils and an unprecedented taste experience. !
