
Since 1997, I have been choosing a species with precision, ensuring that I find the variety, the right origin and above all the optimal maturity and thus transcribe a unique aromatic profile. From a desire to experience convivial occasions with natural recipes with exceptional ingredients, I created a new intense Collection made in our workshop in Drôme: Concentrated Juices to dilute. Ginger: a powerful recipe thanks to an “aged” ginger from Madagascar highlighted by the invigorating heat of the Langue d’Oiseau pepper, tempered by an infusion of verbena and a hint of Sicilian lemon juice Yuzu: the refreshing bitterness of a high-altitude Yuzu from Japan is combined with infusions of Gentian and Bergamot and toned by Sicilian lemon.
