Clifton Suspension Bridge in the Mist

In 2013 I spent a couple of days in Bristol, a city of Art & Culture painting on location for a competition. One of the studies I made was of the Clifton Suspension Bridge in my leather bound sketchbook. This watercolour was inspired by the sketchbook watercolour of the magnificent bridge designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunnel and was "Highly Commended" by the judges in the Bristol Art Prize 2013.
