High-fiber food with bulking agents The husks of Indian psyllium (Plantago Ovata) are ideal for upgrading a diet that is often low in fibre. There is a large amount of natural mucilage in the shells. These mucilage bind water and are responsible for the swelling of the psyllium husk. Ingredients: Indian psyllium husks, from controlled organic cultivation. Vegan and naturally lactose and gluten free. Use: Stir 10g (approx. 2 slightly heaped tablespoons) into any drink (approx. 250ml) in muesli, quark, yoghurt or desserts 1-2 times a day, allow to swell and consume. Drink 1-2 glasses of liquid afterwards. Also suitable for thickening food. Notes: When consuming fiber, make sure you drink enough fluids! Store dry and out of heat.
