High-fiber food with bulking agents The small fiber-rich seeds of the Indian psyllium (Plantago Ovata) are ideal for a balanced diet. The water-binding and swelling properties of psyllium have a positive effect on the intestinal flora. Ideal as a soothing and filling drink or as an addition to meals. Ingredients: Indian psyllium, from controlled organic cultivation. Vegan and naturally lactose and gluten free. Application Use: Add 5g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) to 200ml of liquid 2-3 times a day and allow to swell for approx. 20 minutes. Then consume pure or stirred into muesli, quark, yoghurt or desserts.
