The sea salt is harvested entirely by hand in a small sea saline in the middle of a nature reserve on the coast of Croatia. In the heart of Saxony, our experienced master smoker refines the sea salt with pure beech wood chips. Particularly long smoking times ensure even more intense smoke aromas. Whether in BBQ products, barbecue sauces, marinades, egg dishes, tofu, fish and seafood, mushroom dishes ... the possible uses for our premium smoked salt are varied and there are almost no limits to creativity and experimentation.
