Elderflower 125g

The aroma of the elderberry is well known and very distinctive. In some northern countries, summer is said to start when the elderflowers bloom and end when the fruits ripen in late August. The wonderful aroma of the blooming elderberry is typical for the summer months. Elderflowers are used for making tea. Soak 2-3 teaspoons of the dried flowers in boiling water (250 ml) for about 10-12 minutes and then strain the herb. Enjoy! Holunderblüten
