Puppy's story begins with Peyo and the Smurfs.
The little blue fellows quickly gained great popularity and Véronique Culliford, daughter of the author, Peyo, took charge of their commercial operation, which allowed Peyo to devote herself entirely to creation.
In 1984, Véronique founded International Merchandising, Promotion and Services (I.M.P.S), a company that manages and exploits the rights of the Smurfs.
In 1992, Peyo died. But his work has since been continued by a talented team of designers and screenwriters from the IMPS studio who create the new designs and stories.
