Anise & Sage Beef Rillettes 90g 🐂 (without pork)

 How do we do ? 👩🏻‍🌾 As with our pork rillettes, we confit our beef in an aromatic broth for around 7 hours so that it soaks up all the aromas!   This recipe is freely inspired by a game of pétanque during which we happen to taste some very fresh pastis.   Holiday memory guaranteed with every bite! 🤫Manufacturing secrets: They are made near Nantes, by Guillaume, who chooses organic cows raised less than 100km from his kitchens 🔪 Make no mistake, although this recipe has very little fat, it is extremely tender!   Needless to say, all our recipes are made with raw materials, without superfluous ingredients (no additives, no preservatives, no colorings) sourced locally, as much as possible 🇫🇷 All our recipes are original creations that cannot be found anywhere else.
