Sicilian Mandarin Marmalade Marmalade made with 100% Sicilian mandarins grown on the hills of Trapani, without preservatives or thickeners. Certified organic product. We follow the traditional recipe handed down from our grandparents: just mandarin pulp and peel, sugar, and lemon juice. Ingredients: Organic mandarin pulp (80%), sugar, mandarin peel, lemon juice. Processing: The mandarins are hand-picked, washed, peeled, and cut, then slowly cooked in a pan with sugar and lemon juice to enhance their natural flavor and aroma. Shelf life: 24 months from date of production. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
