This pasta sauce is prepared slowly as our grandmothers used to do in their kitchens. 

It comes from a slow frying of onions and basil to which the tomato is then added. 

By mixing evenly you obtain this ready-to-use sauce to pour directly onto pasta, polenta, pizza, white and red meats or fish. ANDan excellent base for various preparations.
