An exceptionally high-quality manufactured iron window, which was manufactured according to a historical original window. This cast iron window features double sashes and an opening skylight. The original iron window with a beautiful arch looks very harmonious and well proportioned and is ideal for the renovation of old barn buildings, for use in a garage, coach house or carport. On the side facing the interior, there is an approx. 20 cm protruding iron handle on the skylight - shaped as an arch - with which you can carry out a stepless tilting adjustment of the skylight. This window with a successful rung distribution has a natural rust patina due to the material: cast iron. If you don't like this natural rust surface: cast iron only rusts, you can brush it off and, if you wish, the window can of course be painted with standard paint be painted in any other desired color. The windows are available in any quantity and are very easy to glaze. We can offer glass in different variants. If you want to make a glazing: We can supply you with the appropriate panes of glass. These are 4 mm standard window glass panes, which are cut to fit the respective window. But it is also possible to order mirror, frosted or antique glass for the respective window. The glazing itself is very simple: There is enough space on the back to install glass or mirrors. The glass panes can be used as in historical times, using linseed oil putty - or very easily and quickly: with silicone. (We would be happy to offer you a finished glazing, but this is not possible due to the transport risk.) The view looks slightly blurred and wavy, with the inclusion of small bubbles - but the window remains transparent. Frosted Glass: The room stays light, but you can't see through it. Mirror: Looks like a real window from afar and is effective on a house wall as it reflects the surroundings. Please note that our glass panes have to be made individually for each window, which is why the delivery time may be longer. Since window glass is an individual custom-made product, it cannot be exchanged.
