The " Window Kipp " - a pretty antique - window made of iron in an attractive size and shape. This window is designed in such a way that it can be tilted open completely. Since it can be opened, it is very well suited for installation in walls that are difficult to reach from the outside and occasional cleaning is not possible with it. It is ideal for renovating old buildings or for inserting into a garage wall. The window is made of cast iron and was cast according to the historical original. Therefore, please note that when closed, it does not offer as much tightness as we are used to from modern windows today. This decorative window is also very ideal for a ruined wall that serves as a limit to the seating area on the terrace. The surface covered with rust film has a deliberately lively, rustic look - If you don't like the natural rust surface: Cast iron will only rust, which you can brush off and then paint the window with commercially available paint in the desired shade. We can also supply you with the appropriate glass panes for the iron window. The windows are available in any quantity and are very easy to glaze. - We offer glass in different variants. These are 4 mm standard window glass panes, which are cut to fit the respective window. But it is also possible to order mirror, frosted or antique glass for the respective window. If you want to make a glazing: This is very simple: There is enough space on the back to install glass or mirrors. The glass panes can be used as in historical times, using linseed oil putty - or very easily and quickly: with silicone. (We would be happy to offer you a finished glazing, but this is not possible due to the transport risk.)
