Careful post-processing by hand grinding, brushing and polishing as well as a special surface treatment for aging ensure that our replicas can hardly be distinguished from the antique original. Care recommendation for front door fitting: Outside, the fittings should be dusted regularly with a soft, dry cloth and, as with wood, a layer of floor wax should be applied. This forms a film and prevents the antique iron from oxidizing naturally. Please do not use scouring milk or chemical cleaning agents. Polish after drying. This preserves the pleasant, silky-matt, shimmering antique character of the door set.
