This stair rod from the Wilhelminian period was reproduced very stable and of high quality from cast iron. Such railing rods are not only suitable as stair railings but, in combination with other grids, also ideal for delimiting a gallery. Since each individual lattice bar has a wrought iron threaded rod and nuts at the top and bottom, it can be easily further processed into a finished railing by screwing or welding.
