The tenugui is a Japanese cotton towel that is very pleasant to the touch. It can be used to dry your hands, wipe your forehead, as a headband or simply as decoration. Ours are decorated with famous prints by the Japanese artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi, a great master of 19th century woodblock prints, along with Katsuchika Hokusai, better known for his wave and Mount Fuji. His works are steeped in Japanese folklore: tales, legends and myths come together to form frightening, intriguing or very humorous frescoes! Moreover, all the humor and the unusual side of the artist come out in this reproduction: a family out for a stroll, on a boat, dancing at a festival...a veritable parade of familiar scenes...but with goldfish (!) It's an unusual, functional and very original gift for any lover of Japanese culture or unusual fashion! · DETAILS · Dimensions: 87.50 x 31.50 cm // 34.45 x 12.41 inch Composition: 100% cotton, washable at 40°
