Our Rick & Myrtille is a bold Berliner Weisse that blends biting acidity and fruity sweetness for a wild tribute to flavors. It has tangy and fruity notes with a creamy touch and a cereal finish. The color is deep, cloudy purple with purplish highlights. The malts used are barley (Pilsen), wheat and oat flakes. The hops used are Magnum and Aramis hops. It can be enjoyed with blueberry cheesecake, red fruit tart, walnut burrata or fish ceviche with red onions.
