Broken summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum)

Coming from truffles extra broken during harvesting, sorting and cleaning, these precious shards allow a very good transfer of aromas with the associated dishes due to their size. Add to egg scrambles, mashed potatoes or homemade terrines.
