Fine and natural Guérande salt - 500g

Artisans du Sel Guérande fine salt, unlike ground salt, is neither heated nor ground. It results only from the artisanal sieving of the Salt. Its crystals are less than 3mm, they melt quickly in cooking, preparations and seasoning. Sieving preserves the natural composition of the salt harvested by hand in the Guérande saltworks. It has the same salting power as coarse salt but it has more use thanks to its small granulometry. Salt keeps dry.
