“La Chancelade” is a real abbey beer, born from the close collaboration between the religious community and the Les 2 Ours brewery. It is the only abbey beer in New Aquitaine. Brewed with 100% French raw materials and mainly from producers and artisans in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, we wish to showcase the know-how of our terroir. The production of this beer must be ethical and responsible. This partnership aims to preserve and renovate a major place of influence classified as a historic monument.
