White wine DO Rueda, 100% Verdejo on lees. Great aroma, fresh and glyceric in the mouth, with length, balanced and modern, it invites you to taste it little by little, discovering all its nuances. Visual Phase: Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Medium Intensity. Olfactory Phase: High intensity, powerful, with a marked Verdejo character but with distinctive and complex notes that the grapes from our vineyard give to the wine. It is a very direct wine on the nose where we can highlight the white and stone fruit, citrus tones, and marked spicy notes that give the wine a complexity and varietal exclusivity and a pleasant vegetal and aniseed background. Taste Phase: Very fresh mouthfeel, dry, tasty and well balanced. Retronasal notes of fennel, white fruit and spice. Bitter and herbaceous notes. Very long and elegant.
