Using the standard European bar spoon design, this bar tool has a classic twisted stem with a flat disc at the end. The twisted stem is a standard on most bar spoons, providing plenty of curves for drinks to flow through while stirring. The corkscrew shape also allows for a more controlled pour with a perfect channel to accept liquid from a free-flowing pourer. As a result, the liquors flowing down the spiral land neatly on the flat disc, allowing them to spread smoothly.
