We them harvest in our fields, at the stage of their ideal maturity. They are then distilled directly on site by steam distillation, gently and at very low pressure in order to fully preserve the quality of the product. The essential oils are bottled by us in a high quality glass bottle. These the latter protect against UV rays and durably preserve the quality of the product.
