Add Water – Pour 60 ml of clean water into the clean capsule. 2. Place the Soother – Put the soother inside the capsule with the water and close the lid securely. 3. Position in Microwave – Place the capsule on the edge of the microwave tray, not in the center, to avoid overheating or damage. 4. Heat – Microwave for up to 3 minutes at the wattage level specified on the box (700–1000W). Follow your microwave's instructions. 5. Wait Before Opening – Leave the microwave closed for 5 minutes after heating. Be careful when opening the capsule—hot steam may cause burns. 6. Storage Option – The capsule can also be used as a protective case for the soother. 7. Keep Clean & Safe – Always keep the capsule clean and store it away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
