Our high-quality yoga mat is hand-woven from natural organic cotton without dyeing or other additives. It has a pleasant feel and offers good adhesion, especially with sweaty yoga styles and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. There is a metal ring on the edge on which you can hang the mat to dry. And best of all: You can simply machine wash the mat on the gentle cycle! Our "natural Yogamat" is the "original" yoga mat, so to speak. In India, such so-called "Yogarugs" traditionally serve as a base for the various yoga styles. We visited the craftsmen who make our yoga mats on site in Tamil Nadu and together we developed this high-quality and fairly manufactured product. In the structurally underdeveloped rural region of southern India, such yoga rugs have been traditionally handcrafted on wooden looms for several generations. With the production we maintain and support a traditional craft and offer the craftsmen wages above the collective wage agreement.
