Suitable for: cookies, muffins, yeast and Danish pastries, baking-stable creams. Does not melt completely during baking. Tip: Only mix the chocolate pieces into the dough shortly before the end of the kneading process. This will prevent the dough from discoloring and the chocolate pieces from melting.
