Since inception, we here at Ballybar wanted to offer products that were constructed of natural fibres and growing up on sheep farm in Australia, Merino wool was the obvious choice.
My mum would always reached for the wool jumper to keep us kids warm from the elements and knowing the merino wool was tough enough for kids to be kids.
The characteristics of Merino Wool are hard to beat when you are looking for durable, next to skin comfort, thermoregulation, antimicrobial properties.
Our Merino wool fibre is sourced from sustainable Australian and New Zealand farms, where mulesing isn't practiced, every bale of wool is hand selected and fully farm traceable ensuring the highest of quality.
Now based in Ireland, sourcing fabric and bringing life to design concepts, while listening to our customers are an intergyral part to the customer joy we all strive for.
