The BaouRouge right-handed precision slicing knife (the True Guide Knife) has its origins in the 1960s, in a “made in France” model revisited and modernized for better ergonomics. Its ultra-rigid Aluminum guide is adjustable to guarantee perfect regularity and accuracy of slices, from those as thin as paper and up to 17mm thick for the most gourmet. Particularly suitable for cold cuts: cured sausages and hams. It is equally effective for most foods, bread, meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Right-handed model only! BaouRouge has been registered with the INPI since 2014.
