The Chuncho variety is considered a true heritage of Peru. Its atypical growing conditions at an altitude of 1200m make it unique. A special, longer fermentation was carried out for this limited edition. In our factory, these beans are roasted over a gentle heat, slowly ground with a stone mill and matured for several weeks to reveal surprising and complex flavors of spices, dried fruits (apricots, dates) and spirits (Cognac). Our chocolate won the bronze medal at the prestigious Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat 2024.
