Cocoa and Sobacha Infusion

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of cereal infusions, this subtle cocktail combines the deep notes of cocoa pods with the toasted notes of Sobacha (roasted buckwheat). Calorie-free, theine-free and caffeine-free, this infusion reveals its subtly toasted notes in hot or iced versions. For one cup: Hot: Infuse 1 teaspoon for ~10 min in water at 90°C, then filter. HAS cold: Infuse 1 teaspoon in room temperature water. Leave to rest overnight in the refrigerator, then filter.
