Bathbomb boutique co started in 2015,
I was pregnant, working full time as a self employed beauty therapist. I had a lot of complications throughout my pregnancy so had to stop working.

I was home everyday wondering what I could do, I'm not one to sit down and let the world pass by, I needed to keep busy and bring some money into the home for our growing family.

I have always loved bathbombs but I had never made them myself, not even given it a thought until this moment.

After a lot of thought and research, I decided to put the little money I had saved for the new baby into this business. risky I know!

With that money I bought my first assessment and everything I needed to make the bathbombs. I still remember the day the ingredients arrived, I was so excited to get stuck in! I was so positive about the whole thing.

the first batch of bathbombs... well let's just say it was definitely not as easy as I thought. But I was not going to let that stop me, I'd put every penny I owned into this so it had to work!

I made, made, made & made again until I was getting some kind of round shape that actually stuck together and didn't 'grow' overnight. Every single day I was making and on a night I had my head stuck in my phone doing more research. My partner thought I was crazy. Eventually my bathbombs were getting better. They kept there shape, the colours were good & they fizzed really well in the bath.
