It Gose and it Gose and it Gose - Raspberry Gose (5.5%)

This Gose goes and goes and goes. A refreshing summer beer, brewed with a generous dose of wheat malt for a soft body. Mildly soured for that thirst-quenching kick, with a subtle salty edge as it should be. But the real news? Raspberry! For the first time in our brewing history, we added fruit after fermentation, something that is normally not (safely) possible without pasteurization. But thanks to our Groningen neighbours from Hooghoudt, we have a first: we were able to pasteurise this Gose in a can on their equipment. This way, the pure, fresh raspberry flavour remains perfectly intact without fermentation.   Only available in cans, kegs do not fit through the pasteurizer.   Store cold, drink fresh!
